Reiki is a form of energy healing that works holistically

I practice two distinct types of Reiki
- Usui and Karuna Reiki.
Karuna Reiki evolved out of Usui Reiki.
It is not a substitute for Usui Reiki;
it is simply an additional technique that is used
to focus more on emotional and spiritual balancing;
a spiritual evolution of Usui.
